Capacity-building is critical to our work and our network’s ability to make a positive impact in the community. CBOs that are members of the HEALI SCN are eligible for capacity-building funding to maximize their engagement in the network.
For the long-term success of our network and work toward health equity, we must plan for the future. HEALI is dedicated to promoting coordinated and value-based care with Medicaid and other payers for sustainable access and change at scale, delivering equity for all.
We are champions of our network members and the Medicaid members they serve, and we are committed to sharing how our activities directly benefit the collective needs of these communities.
